Launching and Finding Media
Step 1: Launch the application. This will bring you to the Home tab of the application.
Step 2: Click the "Find Media" button.
Step 3: This will launch a file browser. Browse to your hosted directory containing your media.
Step 4: Select the directory and click "Serve This File"
Step 5: After the application has loaded your media the application will now display the selected directory in the text box. Below the text box you can see your ip address and port you are serving on. The ip listed will be used to access your media on your Android app.
You can now view your media libraries by clicking the appropriate tab. Here is a view of Movies and Photos tabs.
Playlists
Step 1: Now that you have populated your media libraries, you can start making custom playlists. To do this first start by clicking the playlist tab. This will display all of your playlists and allow you to manage them.
Step 2: To create a playlist, first enter the playlist name into the text box to the left of the "Create Playlist" button.
Step 3: Click the "Create Playlist" button. The new playlist will be displayed in the left list.
Step 4: Now move over to the Music tab.
Step 5: Scroll to the desired track/tracks and select them.
Step 6: As you can see, the playlist you created is displayed in the the drop down menu in the lower left corner. Select your playlist and click the "Add To Playlist" button. Your songs have been added. To view and verify your playlist's contents go back to the playlist tab and select your playlist in the left list.
Step 7: Now that you have created a playlist, we will show you how to manage it. If you have accidentally added a track/tracks. Simply select the songs from the list on the right and press the "Remove From Playlist" button. Your songs will be removed.
Step 8: If you accidentally created a playlist you do not want or you no longer wish to use an existing playlist, you can delete it by selecting the playlist in the list on the left and pressing the "Delete Playlist" button.
